The Account Manager will be responsible for being a relationship builder and trust generator in existing and new customer accounts. We will be relying on this person to manage all stages of the customer life cycle, from prospect to contract. This person will be a driven relationship builder, can strike up conversation anywhere, and understands the long game. They will be the lead point of contact for many of our customers, will follow-up when you haven’t heard from customers in a while, and will help drive new business, upselling and re-upping contracts. You don’t shy away from after-work events, you are a skilled negotiator, and you seek to please customers to help both sides maximize revenue.

A least 1 year of experience working as a BDR, or Junior Account Manager is a must
High level of comfort communicating both verbal and written, both with C-level executive clients and internally with product/sales teams
Past experience with CRM software (ex: Hubspot, Salesforce) and a high level of comfort with MS Office (especially Excel)
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects/accounts while maintaining an attention to detail
The ability to work in an unstructured environment, and desire to work in any location, as many of the business operations occur in Toronto
