We are looking for a Channel Manager to win, maintain, and expand relationships with our commercial cleaner channel partners and distributors. The Channel Manager is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives as well as delivering training to empower our channel partners to successfully sell Mero to their end clients.

This person will be a driven relationship builder, can strike up a conversation anywhere, and understands the long game. They will be the lead point of contact for many of our customers, will intuitively follow-up at the right times, and will be a key driver of new business. You don’t shy away from after-work events, you are a skilled negotiator, and you seek to please customers to help both sides of the table.

Responsibilities:

Establish productive relationships with channel partners in commercial real estate/commercial cleaning

Coordinate the involvement of company personnel and resources to meet partner performance objectives and expectations

Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned Partner accounts

Proactively leads joining partner planning processes that develops mutual performance objectives for a productive partner relationship

Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis and communicates partner needs internally

Manages hand-offs to Account Managers and installation partners

Ensures partner compliance

Drives Mero adoption within channel partner sales processes

Qualifications:

You are ambitious, results-oriented and passionate about sales

You are passionate about negotiating win-win outcomes

You have a track record of exceeding targets

You demonstrate strong business acumen and are a strategic thinker

2+ years of experience in a relationship management role, preferably in a B2B company

Demonstrated interest in technology, real estate, and/or IoT
